Learning System description
Most 30-60-90 plans fail for the same reason: they are written before the leader knows anything. They promise transformation in week two, invent metrics nobody has verified, and claim authority the role does not hold. Then reality arrives.
This course teaches the discipline underneath a real leadership entry plan. You learn the organization before you rearrange it. You map who owns which decision before you make one. You separate what you know from what you are assuming, and you say which is which. You choose quick wins that are genuinely low-regret rather than visible for the sake of being visible. And you build a plan that adapts as the evidence changes, because it was designed to.
Learning System outcome
You will build a leadership entry diagnostic and written learning agenda, a stakeholder map, a decision-rights map, a risk map, a quick-win evaluation that will reject as often as it approves, complete 30-day, 60-day and 90-day plans with milestones and honest measures, and an executive summary suitable for presenting to leadership.
Who it's for
This course is for:
- Leaders entering — or preparing to enter — an executive, senior-leadership or director role.
- Transformation, operations, technology, program and enterprise leaders planning a role transition.
- Leaders in the private sector, the public sector or a mission-driven organization.
- Learners who want a first-ninety-days plan grounded in evidence rather than template language.
Who it's not for
This course is not for:
- Anyone looking for a fill-in-the-blank 30-60-90 template to hand to an interview panel.
- Anyone seeking executive placement, recruiting or a guaranteed promotion.
- Anyone who wants a plan that promises transformation before the learning has happened.
What you'll learn
What you will build:
- A leadership entry diagnostic and a written learning agenda for your first thirty days.
- A stakeholder map covering interest, influence, decision authority, alignment and cadence.
- A decision-rights map separating what you own, recommend, share and escalate.
- A risk map with categories, early signals, owners, mitigation and escalation.
- A quick-win evaluation that will reject as often as it approves.
- Complete 30-day, 60-day and 90-day plans with milestones and honest measures.
- An executive summary of the plan suitable for presenting to leadership.
