Licence to use products

Digital products are licensed to you for personal or single-business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the materials, in whole or in part. Full terms are set out in the Digital Product License, which you accept at checkout and which controls the permitted use of all downloadable materials.

Legal acceptance records

At checkout we record the exact version of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Digital Product License and the Refund Policy that you accepted. Updating a policy later does not change what applied to a completed order.

Academy membership

Membership bills monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid billing period.
