Refund Policy

Digital products

Because products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital product sales are final. If a file is missing, corrupted, or not as described, email us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.

Academy membership

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future billing; the current billing period remains active until it ends. Partial months are not prorated.

Duplicate or accidental charges

Duplicate charges are refunded in full as soon as they are confirmed.

Email support@ritavail.com with your order email, or reach out from the contact page. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
