Rita Vail Partner Terms
These terms govern participation in the Rita Vail Partner Program. They are provided in general terms and are pending final owner and legal review.
Eligibility
Partner accounts are available to individuals and businesses approved by Rita Vail Enterprises. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Rita Vail may decline, waitlist, suspend or close a partner account at its discretion.
Commission rules
Commission is earned only on qualifying purchases of partner-eligible offers made through your referral link and successfully paid for. Commission amounts and eligibility are set by Rita Vail and may change; changes apply to purchases made after the change.
Attribution
The last eligible partner referral click within the attribution window (currently 30 days) receives credit. Self-referrals do not earn commission. Rita Vail may adjust or withhold attribution where activity appears duplicated, manipulated or fraudulent.
Payment schedule
Commissions are held for a hold period after purchase, then become payable. Payouts are issued on the published schedule once the balance reaches the minimum payout amount and your payout details are complete.
Refunds and chargebacks
A refunded purchase reverses the associated commission. Partial refunds reduce it proportionally. Recurring commissions are earned only on payments that successfully process; failed or cancelled payments earn nothing.
Prohibited promotion
You may not make false or guaranteed income or outcome claims, use misleading content, spam, bid on Rita Vail brand terms without written permission, misrepresent your relationship with Rita Vail, or promote in a way that is unlawful or harmful.
Brand usage
Use only the approved assets supplied in the Partner Promo Vault, as provided. Do not alter logos or imply that you speak on behalf of Rita Vail Enterprises.
Disclosure requirements
You must clearly disclose your partner relationship where required. Example: “I may earn a commission if you purchase through my Rita Vail Partner link.” This is a general reminder, not individual legal advice.
Account suspension
Rita Vail may suspend a partner account for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or activity that damages the brand. Commissions associated with the activity in question may be withheld pending review.
Program changes
Rita Vail may change commission structures, eligible products, attribution windows, hold periods, payout thresholds, tiers and bonuses at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active partners.
Termination
Either party may end participation at any time. Commissions already earned and not affected by refunds, chargebacks or a terms breach remain payable.
